How We Work
Traditional Process
The traditional coffee process starts with handpicking ripe cherries. After harvest, the cherries are processed using two methods: dry processing, where the cherries are sun-dried with the beans inside, developing fruity flavors, and wet processing, where the cherries are pulped, fermented to remove mucilage, and then dried. After drying, the beans are hulled to remove outer layers and sorted by size and quality. Finally, the beans are roasted to bring out their rich flavors, with the roasting level influencing the final taste.
